The Racial Healing + Justice Pilot Fund distributed over $1.3 million into community healing and justice initiatives.
72 unique organizations were awarded grants during the 3 year grant cycle for a total of 80 grants and 5 crisis grants all to organizations that had not been previously granted. In its third cycle, the Community Governance Board dispersed the largest sum of grants in the Fund’s history to support education, arts, maternal health, youth mentorship, urban farming, and more.
