Marina P. Gross is an outcome-focused and change-driven strategist and consultant who excels in systems thinking. As the Founder of Dopamine Chasers, a boutique consulting and coaching firm, she specializes in guiding teams through significant change with engaging and impactful conversations. In her other professional outlet, she leads professional development and capacity building workshops for university faculty and staff in the region.

Marina grew up in East and post-unification Germany during a time of political upheaval, which gives her a unique perspective on change and systems. Living under a police surveillance state that eventually collapsed after the Berlin Wall fell has deeply influenced her understanding that no system is permanent. Using her experiences living under now three (and counting) different governmental regimes, she channels her commitment to fighting for the liberation of all beings into her daily work.

Marina holds multiple degrees and certifications in neuroscience, business communication, consulting, organizational and change management, and executive leadership coaching. She has been a resident of St. Louis for ten years and actively participates in non-partisan Election Protection and Get Out the Vote initiatives in the STL region. She has also served on various non-profit foundation boards and committees in Oregon, her first home in the U.S.
