Hold Non-Consolidated Agencies to Shared Standards
The State of Missouri shall require non-consolidated
agencies to follow the standards set forth by the “Vision
for Policing in the St. Louis Region.” Non-consolidated
agencies shall integrate independent civilian evaluation,
as well as assessment from all levels of the agency, from
line officer to leadership, to ensure accordance with the
Vision.
